Welcome to Lovart AI Design Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Lovart"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement").
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this Agreement at any time, and recommend that you check the latest version regularly.
Continued use of Lovart services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms. If you have any questions about this Agreement, please contact our customer service team.
2. Service Description
Lovart is an AI-based design platform providing users with the following core services:
- AI-assisted design tools and features
- Design templates and resource library
- Real-time collaboration features
- Design file export and sharing
- User account management
We are committed to continuously improving and optimizing the service experience, but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service features at any time without prior notice.
3. User Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Using Lovart services requires creating a user account. You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information and promise to update your information in a timely manner.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.
3.3 Age Restrictions
To use Lovart services, you must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to request proof of age.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Fees
Lovart offers different levels of subscription plans, each with corresponding fees and features. All fees are calculated in US dollars and paid through our accepted payment methods.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage your subscription status in your account settings.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
- Creating personal and commercial design projects
- Collaborating on designs with team members
- Learning and improving design skills
- Creating materials for marketing and promotion
5.2 Prohibited Use
- Creating illegal, fraudulent, or false content
- Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Distributing malware or viruses
- Sending spam or conducting unauthorized marketing
- Interfering with other users' experience
5.3 Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content created and shared through Lovart. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Agreement and may suspend or terminate relevant accounts.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Lovart Intellectual Property
The Lovart platform and all its components, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Lovart or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content Rights
You retain ownership of content created through Lovart. By uploading or creating content, you grant Lovart a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to provide and improve the service.
6.3 Third-Party Content
Lovart may contain content, templates, or resources provided by third parties. The use of such content is subject to the corresponding third-party terms or license agreements.
7. Disclaimer
Lovart services are provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information obtained through the service.
You understand and agree that your use of the service is at your own risk. Lovart is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovart and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. If you have a free account, our maximum liability is $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
